Australia Day

Josh was very keen to celebrate Australia Day with some good Aussie food.
Sausage rolls...
Meat pies...
A very flat but still tasty pavlova...
Lamingtons...
Also on the menu was caramel slice, damper, fairy bread, vegemite sandwiches and Tim Tams. Yummy!
This is Josh with our friend Heather who served a mission in Australia.

Looks scrumptious - but highly calorific!

Go you good thing!!! OZY! OZY! OZY!
I'll have to send you a platypus toy or some thing, just to have a bit of home in the land of the free. Josh I miss you very much.

It's probably a good thing I didn't come, since I'm trying to eat better, but have really bad self control.

I didn't get to go because I had to fly out to California that evening, but they saved me some. It was incredible! Just like being "back home."
