ANZAC Day 2010


This year we celebrated ANZAC Day by putting out our flag and making ANZAC Biscuits. Yum!

Josh took a few photos while I was making them but didn't take any of the finished product. That may have something to do with the fact that I gobbled most of them up very quickly!

Will you post your recipe? How did they turn out? Mine always seem a little off what they are supposed to taste like. Still good - just not authentic.

Our friends in the neighborhood throw a big ANZAC day party every year the last Saturday in April with their friends and family from Australia and invite anyone with ties to Australial...you should join us next year! ....man I can never get enough Lamingtions!!!
